Before shipping the phone, it is necessary to completely sign out of personal accounts ("iCloud" / "Apple ID" on iPhones or "Google" / "Samsung" accounts on Android devices) and restore factory settings. This is a mandatory condition for purchase so that we can perform diagnostics.

The safety of the phone during transit depends on your packaging, so we recommend using a sturdy cardboard box (do not use simple paper envelopes). Wrap the phone in several layers of bubble wrap or fill empty spaces in the box with paper/padding so that the phone doesn't move. Seal the edges of the box tightly with adhesive tape.

Upon receiving your device at our purchasing center, we perform its physical and technical diagnostics within 24 hours (on working days). If the device's condition matches the details you provided, we immediately confirm the price and make a bank transfer to your specified account (IBAN) on the same working day. The transfer is completely free of charge.

Shipping via parcel machine (Omniva or LP Express) is completely free of charge. Once your request is confirmed, we will send you a ready shipping label and a special code via email and on the tracking page, which you can enter directly on the parcel machine screen to print the label for free.
